NLRB Judge rules USPS must provide information on probationary employees [07-CA-301929]

The USPS denied the APWU requested information regarding “probationary employees.” The employer took the position that they were not required to provide information for employees they deemed not to have access to the grievance procedure. The NLRB Administrative Law Judge found otherwise and agreed with the APWU that the information was “presumptively” relevant thus rendering a decision that the USPS’s denial of information was violative of the Act.
