Due to the impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic, the parties agree the timeline for Local Implementation will be extended for a period of 60 days beyond those specified in the Memorandum of Understanding Between the United States Postal Service and the American Postal Workers Union, AFL-CIO Re: Timeline for Local Implementation. Negotiations can now commence July 9, 2020, with written notice of Intent to Negotiate be provided no later than July 23, 2020. All other dates will be extended by 60 days.
