A grievance had been filed since 2013 caused by one abolished MM-7 position in this field. Knowing that it is in arbitration but not being set for the date yet, my question is how long will it take for a set up date? Used to have three maintenance, one BEM -09 and two MM-7. Only one MM-7 working since 2013. I feel helpless.
