A grievance had been filed since 2013 caused by one abolished MM-7 position in this field. Knowing that it is in arbitration but not being set for the date yet, my question is how long will it take for a set up date? Used to have three maintenance, one BEM -09 and two MM-7. Only one MM-7 working since 2013. I feel helpless.

I do not know about your case that you mentioned here about the cash remedy brother but I can tell you now that all I got is a thousand dollar settlement award after filing and waiting for five years working by myself even with an arbitration date came up, but my business agent just settle it as a shitty case I have ever heard of ! Don’t expect to high from your union to help you out . Just to pay your member fee as usual ! that’s all they want!

Don’t feel bad, in Peekskill N.Y. we had three custodians, on left and was never replaced. I put in a grievance with my apwu shop steward SN08-225 in July 2008. Still waiting for my cash rememdy. C’mon apwu do something!!! Cash remedy due approximately 110K.
