A window clerk told me that they were informed by a manager that anything less than a mystery shopper program score of 100% for our office is now considered a failure. Anyone else being told this?
Also, has anyone fielded the idea of us mystery-shopping the CPU’s using the same criteria for the shopping experence as we are tested by?
I look for the MSP to be used against us to eliminate even more retail jobs within the service. I can only see not starting to build our counter-argument as unfortunate.
