   The questions we still have is about bid seniority restoration. Some say bid seniority cannot be restored, others say it is restored with a return to craft within one year of leaving. I cannot a find a reference that speaks to a restoration of bid seniority in the maintenance craft.

   The first place to look is in the JCIM, Article 38.5 (see pages 283-285). “Selection must be within three (3) years of leaving the Maintenance Craft.”
