Having known Louis since our shared election as NBAs in 2013, I have had the distinct pleasure of witnessing his unwavering dedication and exceptional professionalism firsthand.
We shared adjoining offices, which provided a unique opportunity to observe his daily interactions and commitment to the craft members he represents.
We have given training together all over the Western Region and at multiple conferences and state conventions, most recently arbitration refresher training to arbitration advocates in Pasadena California.
My experience with Louis has consistently demonstrated his deep understanding of the issues facing the Maintenance Craft and his tireless efforts to advocate for their interests.
His ability to navigate complex situations, coupled with his strong communication skills, makes him an ideal candidate for this crucial role. He has consistently shown a commitment to fairness and transparency.
His leadership qualities are evident in his ability to build consensus and foster positive working relationships with both union members and management.
I am confident that Louis will continue to serve the members of the Western Region with the same level of dedication and integrity he has demonstrated throughout the last 12 years as a National Business Agent, and throughout his career as a local steward.
