Effective April 23, 2020, the Postal Service™ is revising Handbook F-15, Travel and Relocation, to update the travel per diem rates listed in Appendix A.

A-2 Travel Per Diem Rates
[Revise the last paragraph and its table to read as follows:]
The per diem rate for Norman, Oklahoma, is the current standard location daily rate established by GSA. The deductions for meals provided are as follows:

1. Breakfast: $2.00 less than the GSA standard rate deduction.
2. Lunch: Equivalent to the GSA standard rate deduction.
3. Dinner: $3.00 less than the GSA standard rate deduction.
