On October 22, 2019, in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, Spartanburg Division, Dana Roush, former President of American Postal Workers Union (APWU) Local 403 (located in Spartanburg, S.C.), pleaded guilty to one count of embezzlement of union funds totaling $10,089, in violation of 29 U.S.C. 501(c).  The guilty plea follows an investigation by the OLMS Atlanta-Nashville District Office.
