We received excessing letters in Lexington, KY asking for information about driving records and applications for other crafts. The local Labor Relations said there would be disciplinary action if we didn’t comply. Is this right?

I take it back. We did not receive these documents with our Excessing Notices; we did, however, receive the paperwork last night at work. I signed the one regarding the driver’s license info. As far as the one requesting access to my financial information, HELL NO! These folks have yet to prove to me that they can once more keep my data secure before I sign a release of liability that gives them access to even more of my data that has NOTHING to do with my employment status.
Just sayin’.

we didn’t get anything like that on our letters. Just a generic notification.
As for the threat that came with it… I would get with your local and have them forward the info to your business agent for review.
