Dear Friends,
It is important to me, personally, that you know the facts.
I have been informed that a certain ex-officer has accused me of using Union funds from the AOI settlement to directly finance campaign efforts this election. Nothing could be farther from the truth and this slanderous allegation is an outright lie! It’s amazing how far someone will go when their egotistical bubble is burst. This most recent lie doubles down on the falsehoods contained in our oppositions postcard mailing.
I normally would not respond but this slanderous, unfounded bald-faced lie of an accusation needs facts so you can see just how low the mud slingers will go.
Attached is the NLRB decision which rejects the appeal of the charges related to the distribution of funds and other items. Only the NLRB was interested in the money retained by the Union and amended the complaint to include their own issue. The NLRB, it appears, is concerned their rules are not clear on retaining a portion of an award and wants to use this as a test case.
Thank you for your faith and support and please forward as you see fit.
