USPS_HQ_DCELM Revision: Leave Accrual Changes for Certain Postmasters and EAS Employees
Noncareer employees (PSEs, CCAs, RCAs, MHAs and PMRs) who go directly into EAS management jobs get about 25% less annual leave and sick leave than their peers. This cut in benefits applies to newly hired career postmasters and supervisory or managerial non-bargaining employees, and non-career employees converted to those positions, with a career appointment date on or after October 6, 2012, and who are without any prior federal or USPS service that was creditable at the time of that career appointment.

ELM Revision: EAS Privately-Owned Vehicle Program
Effective June 1, 2015 participating employees will be reimbursed through eTravel for the added expense (up to $1,000 per year) of adding a commercial or business-use policy or rider to their existing car-insurance policies.
