Transferred here 6 years ago. Lost my seniority….not a big deal. But in the LMOU, there is a rule that on The Big 4 Holidays….. New Years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, non volunteers can be drafted to work by juniority regardless if it’s the employee’s SDO or Holiday. We do not rotate the holidays off, so the junior people work every holiday. Thoughts?
