EEOC: McConnell v. USPS – Final Agency Decision Vacated

“In accordance with remedial compliance action item I contained in the November 7, 2018 decision of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Office of Federal Operations (EEOC) in Sandra M. McConnell et al. v. Megan J. Brennan, Postmaster General, EEOC Appeal No. 012082505, Agency Case No. 48-1 40-0062-06, the final agency decision (FAD) issued in connection with your individual claim for relief in this case is now vacated. This means that the FAD has been rescinded and is now void. Any continuing compliance action in connection with relief ordered in the FAD will cease. No action is required from you at this time; however, you may receive further instructions from the EEOC Administrative Judge assigned to your claim. Further actions with respect to your claim for relief will depend upon the procedures developed by EEOC Administrative Judge Monique Roberts-Draper for the EEOC’s New York District Office.”
