In the MOU it talks about filling out PS Form 3077, Request to Forward Salary Check. Is this necessary? I have called and emailed the APWU question line several times and haven’t gotten any reply so was hoping someone on here had the information. Seems like they would just put check were your retirement check was going. The PS Form 3077 take is at the end of section 3 in the MOU.
