Is anyone getting their Line H grievances settled?

Is anyone getting their Line H grievances settled? Or is everyone going to arbitration?

I’m curious since management had agreed to pay 200k of hours not worked at Step 1. However, when brought to Step 3, management threw it to arbitration….

Any thoughts and outcomes on Line H for last fiscal (2018) year would be appreciated. Thanks brothas and Sisters!!

    Management, at the Jacksonville NDC, denied the grievance at both steps. It was sent to Step 3. PM and W/O reports showed less than 75% of the line H work was performed.
