Is the MS-47 still used for Custodians?

Is the MS-47 still used for Custodians today or is it only the TL-5 we are using? I’m confused. Can some one please help?

MS-47 is the Handbook. TL-5 is the version of what the service calls Transmittal Letter. Yes, the MS-47 still governs the Custodians, it just depends on which version you are under at this point.
