The last contract had a provision for clothing allowance rollover. I have not used my clothing allowance for three years and my anniversary date is April 3. My quoted allowance is $114.00. when I called Citibank number on the card. They are pointing the finger at USPS. My understanding is Citibank is allowed to keep the unused funds, So if my allowance is not rolled over to me where is the money going? If this is happening throughout the USPS this would be a lot of money.
I was directed to an NBA last year and although he seemed to understand he could not help with the matter.
