Supervisors using Clerk user names/passwords on MPOS scanners

I would like to know how to request information for the MPOS scanner. I know that Supervisors were using them during an extended absence of mine. They were using Clerks’ Usernames, and having the clerks enter their passwords so they (the supervisors) could do the work. I have requested daily MPOS reports, but that doesn’t tell me anything. Please help!
