I am tired of the bullying of our incompetent and sadistic management disrupting and making Electronic Techs do the work orders of mechanics. It is unaccountable turmoil. We also now do one job while being on call for another over the radio. Essentially doing two jobs at the same time. i would like our local union here in Greensboro to get some assertive outside investigative assistance.
Also my supervisor was assigned to my networking school when I was on the ET required only and Tour one. I am over 65 and he is under 45 which I was told is a case for age discrimination and a perfect example of dumbing down and de skilling and demoralizing the work force.
Also some of the schools on my records I have NOT attended but was told that I had. As a result I am being denied training in some equipment. I was not on the sign up sheet for 2 schools and my name was written on a 3rd sign up sheet stating I was mandated. I was not. I am concerned that someone might have been paid for me as a student fraudulently. Financial records for those weeks should also show that I was paid as a student and not as a regular employee I think ? There are other unsettling things going on I feel, but cannot have them come to mind presently. Thank you.
