We are set to get another visit from District and Area management early this week. All previous visits have been pointless, non-informative and insulting. We have gotten shrugs and patronizing non-responses to legitimate questions.
I think the Mid-America and Western Area Human Resources departments need to be called out during this visit for the atrocious manner in which they have allowed the employees to be treated and left in the dark throughout this process. Left in the dark and pressured to make life-changing decisions without the information needed to make sound decisions goes against the entire purpose of an HR body. It is disgraceful, deplorable and indefensible. There is no excuse or explanation that can justify or repair the grievous personal harm that has been done to the employees, past and present during this process.
