    Most employees spend their carrier in the top Step of their grade where they also earn their high 3 for retirement.

    Grades 7 and above are receiving a diet COLA.

    If you think City Carriers Techs deserve better pay than APWU grades 7 to 9 well we disagree.

    Just throwing out pay comparison charts do not show the historical gains that we have had over the carriers. The carriers just sold themselves out for the over 60 rule.. check your facts mbefore you post. This is the largest increase. I’ve seen in 10 years and I don’t think it’s a bad contract to be ratified. Plus we are the only union that preserved all of our colas.
