Sisters and Brothers,

Attached you will find an electronic copy of the entire Tentative Agreement. Under separate cover I will also be sending it out to the local and state presidents. We will post it on the APWU website the first of next week.

The printed version for mailing to every member’s home with the ratification ballot is in the process of being completed. It is our hope that the ballots will start mailing within two weeks, but we will have to keep you posted on the exact timing as supply chain issues, as well as COVID, are impacting the process.

Also, please note that this particular file was derived from a very large high-definition file for printing. Our staff had to reduce the file size for it to be emailed. Should you find any font, spacing, or other issues those are most likely a result of the reduction process and will not be reflected in the print version.
