Local and State Presidents

No date has been scheduled for the APWU National Convention which has been postponed.

State Conventions and Local/State Elections Rescheduling Date(s)

Due to COVID-19 several states and locals postponed/cancelled scheduled meetings/conventions and/or union elections.

If the conventions have been rescheduled, it would be most appreciative if you would provide the Secretary-Treasurer’s office with your new convention date(s).

If you have had your local or state elections, please let us know or provide us the date when you will have your local or state election(s).

Zoom Meeting Training

To assist local and state officers with facilitating executive board meetings utilizing Zoom, the Secretary-Treasurer’s Department will be conducting training on how to effectively use Zoom for your state and local meetings. Local and State Presidents will receive an email which will include a link to register for the Zoom meeting training.

• Zoom Meeting training for State presidents will be conducted on June 18, 2020 at 2 pm EST.
• Zoom Meeting training for Local presidents will be conducted on June 25, 2020 at 2 pm EST.
