   In regard to the filibuster I have written my Senators to advocate a different strategy. Vice President Harris, as the Chair of the Senate, just declares the filibuster unconstitutional. Any objections are overruled and the Parliamentarian has no say as it is now a constitutional question and not procedural.

   Tell the GOP to take it to court. She can claim that she is a constitutional originalist like the conservative court. The Constitution does not authorize a two thirds super majority except for Impeachment, expulsion from Congress, a Constitutional Amendment, to ratify treaties, and to override a veto. If one loses in court there is no loss as the votes are not there to end the filibuster. The GOP has gone full Fascist and the Dems are fighting over procedure. Time to Fight.
