APWU Optional Retirement Incentive Offer: Forms due by March 7th

A few people say they qualified but didn’t get the APWU Optional Retirement Incentive Offer. The attached forms, “Acknowledgement of Irrevocability of Optional Retirement Incentive Decision,” and SF 3107, Application for Immediate Retirement, must be returned together by March 7th to the HRSSC address provided. Other documents can be submitted later.

I mailed my Application for Immediate Retirement paperwork already to the HRSSC PO Box 970500 Greensboro, N.C. and now I received the white booklet stating to take apply to accept the VER I need to mail original copies to the HRSSC VER at PO Box 970600 Greensboro N.C. 27497. Do I need to fill out a new SF 3107 and mail it in before March 7,2025?
