Go into eReassign and put your name on the Custodial Laborer waiting list for several bid clusters in Georgia. The more, the better. There is no limit to the number of transfer requests you can have. Renew them before the one year limit expires.
The APWU discontinued the Mutual Exchange webpage called Crossroads in 2016. Mutual exchanges were deemed obsolete! APWU members used to submit requests for mutual exchange on the APWU website in the Members Only area.
