I retired last week, but stayed on as the Maintenance Craft Director, for the time being. Management has been slashing hours (what else is new) and falsifying staffing needs. I want to get a hold of older staffing packages, before they started manipulating things. My NBA says we can’t obtain these. Does anyone know of a way to obtain these older staffing packages? I hope the Union has them archived somewhere. The staffing grievance would be much simpler if we could just compare the old legitimate staffing package, with the new falsified one.
