I am privileged to share the 21st book in the 22 Strategy Book Series:
DBCS Staffing, Safety and Grievance Strategies
This book launched the Multi- Grievance initiative. As the USPS continued its blatant CBA violation attempts to reduce the normal staffing on the DBCSs from 2 to 1, these strategies brought pressure through multiple Grievance Filings – per short staffed machine, per tour, per day. Those concerted, ramped up filings’ have resulted in significant monetary remedies and began the deterrent necessary to curb violations.
The Multi-Grievance model is applicable to any such USPS continual ignorance or abuse of required CBA provisions.
