Are there 204Bs in Maintenance?

Are there supposed to be 204Bs in Maintenance? And if not, please provide me with the necessary documentation by posting it in the comments below  or email it to me at ccurrie397@gmail.com.

    We’ve had Maintenance 204b’s since before I started in 1994. They are limited to 90 day periods before they must rotate “back on their tools” or have their job bids be put up for bidding (which they cannot take part in).
