I have been working to get these rates out as quick possible for a side by side comparison of the most popular FEHB Health Plans. The YELLOW highlights means that price will go down in 2020. The RED highlights mean the cost for that plan will go up in 2020. The rates that are not highlighted are the same rates as last year.
