Why is the Postal Service pretending it is losing money when, in fact, it is making a profit? What’s behind the the push to shut down post offices and privatize services? These questions and more were discussed at our monthly People’s World Google Hangout.

Featuring John Dick, hero letter carrier who received the National Association of Letter Carriers’ humanitarian of the year award. Dick remarked, “Letter carriers do a lot more than just deliver the mail – we save lives, we rescue people, we get hurt, we feed people. We keep people in touch with one another and help hold an entire nation together.”

Also featuring Roscoe Woods, president of Local 480-481 of the American Postal Workers Union.
