We are having an issue with a new supervisor over the length of break time. In late 2001 we received a service talk concerning additional wash up time after the anthrax attacks.
Does anyone have a copy they can send me?
If not, is there any way I can request one from management?

This may be what you’re looking for. It directs employees to wash up every 2 hours. Since Anthrax still prevents a very real threat, the logical proactive policy would be to follow these guidelines.
