The United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) has a need for on-demand, rapid air transportation services, in the event there is a need to respond to hazards that are detected by Biohazard Detection Systems (BDS). Combined, there are about 500 BDS facilities in the Contiguous (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS).
