10/29/2014In accordance with Article 8 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, penalty overtime rules are not applicable for a four-week period each year during December. This year, the period begins with Week 2 of Pay Period 26-14 (Dec. 6, 2014) and ends at the conclusion of Week 1 of Pay Period 02-15 (Jan. 2, 2015).

The 2014 leave year ends on Friday, Jan. 09, 2015. The 2015 leave year begins on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, and ends on Friday, Jan. 08, 2016. The maximum annual leave carryover for APWU-represented employees is 440 hours.
