Well, here we go again, although they’re not calling it NRP, it feels the same.
Can anyone give me some info/advice or correct procedure to deal with being put on what management calls 546/ Standby Operation 340?
At my facility, management is going after employees that have work restrictions/limitations and not allowing us to work our assignment or perform the work we have been doing. I was instructed to only hit the clock on operation 340 and go sit in this room because I am now on standby until they can find work for me. I was not given anything in writing as to why this was happening and to whom or where this action was coming from.
I will appreciate any advice and info.
